Don’t Make My Mistake: Apply to Mediavine Journey Today

disclosure policy

Hi Friend,

I’m really kicking myself for not signing up to Mediavine Journey sooner — and I’m sending this message so you don’t make my same (foolish) mistake.

If your site has about 3,000 monthly sessions → apply to Mediavine Journey right now!

You have nothing to lose, and money to gain 💵

If your site doesn’t have 3,000 sessions per month (yet 😉) hold off on applying, but you should install Mediavine Grow on your site now.

In order to be approved for Mediavine Journey ads, you need to have Grow running, so let’s get that situated while you make your way to 3K sessions.

If you’re like “🙋‍♀️ ummm, what’s Mediavine Journey?” please allow me to explain…

What is Mediavine?

If you’ve been in blogging for a while, you’ve probably heard of Mediavine, which is a company that places ads on your site — you know, so you can earn that sweet, sweet passive income while you sleep 😴

There are a few ad management companies out there, but Mediavine is considered a “premium ad network,” and generally regarded as one of the best in the digital ads game.

I currently have one site on Mediavine (“regular Mediavine”), and one site on Mediavine Journey.

If you’re like “🙋‍♀️ ummm, what’s the difference? Are there two Mediavines?” please allow me to explain…

What is Mediavine Grow?

Up until last year, there was only one Mediavine. Now there are (kind of) two, but it’s all the same company.

To apply to “regular Mediavine,” you need 50,000 monthly sessions to your site — as in, 50,000 actual people need to have visited your site in the last 30 days in order to apply.

This isn’t exactly an easy feat — but then again, Mediavine is a “premium ad network” with premium requirements…

As well as a stellar reputation, excellent customer service, proactive support, and most importantly, great earnings potential.

(Personally, I’ve made over $285,000 in three years from Mediavine ads 😳)

In an effort to support smaller publishers as they make their way to 50K sessions, they started Mediavine Grow so you can earn from ads on your site(s) sooner…

Shelley, Why did you wait so long to apply to Mediavine Journey?!!

They launched the program in early-2024, and as with most new things, there were kinks to iron out — and complaints from users.

Sadly Foolishly, I listened to the naysayers, and deemed Mediavine Journey a cheap knock-off of “regular Mediavine,” so I didn’t apply.

Fast forward to two months ago, I finally wised up and applied to Journey → which you can do right here.

I was approved in 6 days, and had ads on this site in minutes thanks to their super easy set-up process.

What you should expect from Mediavine Journey

I’ve only had ads on my site for about 30 days, but I’ve already made a couple hundred bucks — which admittedly isn’t anything to brag about — but I expect to be making double (hopefully triple) that next month.

That’s just how it goes when you’re on a new ad platform.

The first month or two, advertisers are still getting to know your content, so they won’t bid big bucks to place ads on your site (yet!).

In time, they will — so don’t expect any juicy payouts straight out the gate. They will come though 🤑

How do I know that? Because Mediavine evaluates applications on a site-by-site basis, and they don’t approve sites they don’t think know will earn good money.

After all, they make a percentage of what you earn, so it’s not in their interest to work with sites that won’t lead to more earnings for themselves.

Here’s why you should apply for Mediavine Journey immediately…

At the end of the day, I wish I would have applied sooner, but all I can do now is convince you NOT to make my same mistake.

From what I have seen online, there’s a lot of people who LOVE Mediavine Journey… and some people who haven’t had the best experience (and these are always usually the loudest voices out there).

As someone who’s now on Mediavine Journey, I’m experiencing the same things I love about “regular Mediavine” — excellent customer service, proactive support, and passive income while I sleep 😴

So Friend, if your site has 3,000 page views per month → apply to Mediavine Journey right now!

If your site doesn’t have 3,000 sessions per month (yet 😉) hold off on applying, but install Mediavine Grow on your site now so that when you hit 3,000 monthly sessions, you’ll be ready to apply.
